The JP Prone Foil boards are the next evolution for those looking to progress their foil surfing to a smaller, more maneuverable board and for anyone coming from a surfing background starting to foil. Although normal surfboard shapes can work, these boards are designed specifically towards foiling, allowing you to get the highest performance possible. Add wingfoiling to the range of use of this model if you are on an advanced level.
By creating a smaller compact shape, these boards still offer appropriate volume and length for easy paddling and smooth take-off. As a result, you will catch waves earlier than ever before. The flat deck allows for great control and the chimed rails help minimize water contact in tight turns. Compared to a SUP foil board, the Prone Foil shapes have less volume providing a unique lively feel. Pumping is much easier due to their shorter length and lighter weight. The narrow outline of the Prone Foil boards means you can carve tighter in turns and get lower to the water before touching it causing you to slow down.
The 6’0” shape has plenty of volume for catching your first waves and standing up onto the foil with good stability. This is the board of choice for beginner foil surfers coming from SUP or from surfing intermediate level surfboards
The 5’0” shape is a great size for experienced surfers who are used to riding smaller and more advanced surfboards. The foiling performance is amazing as long as you are comfortable with the take-off.

Werner has developed dedicated foil shapes with great input from Keahi. The boards are short for reduced swing weight during pumping and maneuvers. The extremely beveled rails help reduce the wetted surface at take-off and prevent the board from catching the water in the turns. The cut-out tail section on the bottom surface has the same purpose. This is the perfect shape for wingfoiling.
The flat deck ensures stability. The pad features an increased arch line along the center so that you can feel the center of the board without even looking down. The pad tail kick is positioned perfectly for an optimized foiling stance. The boards come with 2 foot-straps and foot-strap plugs.
The 2 track boxes for the plate mounted foils have a generous length of 33 cm so you can also use the board for light wind windsurf foiling at the back position.

Evolution helps us adapt to the changing environment and it's no different in kitesurfing. This season we have evolved the X:Breed into a freestyle trick machine. In keeping with the best the X:Breed has to offer we have kept its symmetrical tip and tail design but to enhance it's freestyle capability in the surf or on flat water we have lowered the rocker line and have added a center bottom channel.
This makes the X:Breed faster, and more lively. It gets up to speed quickly, drives into and out of turns and makes it super easy to load the rail up right before an air trick.
The X:Breed Foil model comes complete with surf fin boxes and foil mounting tracks for hydro foiling.
Twin tip and tail shape with a thruster fin configuration.
Includes: Front and rear deck pad and foil mounting hardware (NOTE: fins sold separately).

JP was one of the first leading windsurf brands to introduce specialised boards for foiling and offers a line of six dedicated foil boards in three different technologies. Popular since their introduction, the boards are perfect for all levels of foil windsurfers from first timers to competitive racers. The 105, 120 and 150 remain unchanged as fast, allround-freefoil boards, while the trailblazer of the HydroFoil board line, the 135 received an update making it more comfortable and easy. The two biggest models are constantly adjusted and renewed to stay in the lead at PWA and Formula Foil events.
The steady nose rocker combined with a soft tuck line and bevels in the front make for a smooth and forgiving entry once the nose comes down on the water. This is essential, as many beginners tend to nosedive. The noses don’t dig into the water but will bounce back off the water and you will keep flying.
The V-angled nose bevels clear the rail from touching the water when pushing down the windward rail – especially when sailing upwind. This way, the board can be tilted and more power applied to the foil for more acceleration and speed.
The flat deck shape and the ideally positioned footstraps make for an upright stance to control the power of the foil.
Volume and width help to lift the boards out of the water early.
The tail cut-outs reduce the volume in the tail. These cut outs also make it easier to get flying earlier by being able to push the wide tail down easily and ‘pump the foil’ during take-off.
105 and 120:
Very short, lively and exciting, they are the right tools to explore new boundaries of the sport – for higher winds, small sails and advanced riders. No limitations: Free your mind, be innovative, these shapes will take you there. Compared to the big boards, the compact boards with narrower outlines offer a more centred stance and very responsive fun feel!
The shape that started it all is now renewed: all the latest foil shape features, like the very pronounced V and V-angled bevels in the nose area, make foiling easier and more accessible for everyone. The cut-outs are re-designed to pump the board instantly onto the foil and fly. The tail is wider and the straps further outboard for more control and power over the foil. This size is well-known for being all-round, almost universal, as it covers a very wide wind and range as well as it suits most rider weights and levels.
Originally designed for the first PWA foil races, today the 150 can be seen as most efficient and very fast lightwind foil board. It suits heavy weights and everybody who needs to use very big sails. Compared to the latest super-wide race developments, it can be pumped onto the foil with less effort and has more freeride appeal as it is way easier to sail – especially across the wind. The additional set of inboard straps aids control when flying over chop on deep downwind courses.
All of the HydroFoil shapes take into consideration the different riding position compared to windsurfing with a fin and also the aerodynamic behaviour of the boards. They are adjusted to make flying over water easy, accessible, fast and fun for everyone.
And the key to this is the perfect balance, stability and great leverage towards the foil.
For the leverage, the compact designs feature a wide tail and parallel outline which helps you to control, balance and work the lift of the foil. The shortness keeps the swing weights to a minimum.
The thin profile limits the drag once airborne and creates as little resistance as possible, which is very important when you are flying because strong gusts don’t affect the stability. Your flight will be very stable and balanced.
All HydroFoil boards come with a special, reinforced Tuttle-Foilbox.
Performance and balance and power. At the same time easy to fly and good fun to use!

The all new Autopilot is designed to excel in a wider range of foil boarding styles and conditions. The higher volume of the Autopilot makes paddling a simple task when surfing, while the concave deck shape keeps your feet as close to the hydrofoil as possible. It’s unique convex bottom shape displaces water while paddling, providing less wetted surface the faster you paddle.
The Autopilot’s round kick tail design does two important things: It allows you to make a smooth flowing turn close to the water without catching on hard corners. The angle of the kick tail helps to pop the board into flying position and it keeps the tail from touching the water when pumping.
The Autopilot's industry standard 9cm mast mounting track pattern works perfectly with the all new Cab Fusion performance line of hydrofoils.
The Autopilot can be ridden as a surfboard, wing surf board or as a kite foil board. Making it one of the most versatile hydrofoil boards available.

JP’s performance HydroFoil board for slalom sailing:
For 2020 the PWA merged slalom and foil into one new racing format. No matter how light the winds, we are about to witness even more racing and excitement at every event! Gone will be the times when riders are sat on the beach because of cancelled heats. Insufficient wind? Forget it: The new PWA wind limit for slalom will be 5 knots! So, exciting action will be guaranteed !
For this new slalom discipline, we developed a specialized board and in addition, a dedicated course racing foil board.
General features of this new performance HydroFoil design:
• The key is the new rail shape !
First of all, it features clearly sharper rails along the whole hull with no more bevels in the nose – for maximum lift and planing efficiency.
The sharp rails push the board up in flight mode after occasional touchdowns.
Secondly, it provides the perfect stance, a connected and stable feel to the board: It is the base to make use of all the power coming from the foil and sail.
• Compact dimensions keep the swing weight low.
• The aerodynamic profile of the short hull reduces drag while airborne.
• New, big tail cut-outs allow the rider to sink the tail while pumping and load up the foil, resulting in easy and instant takeoff.
• It comes with the super stable JP Foil Box to handle all loads and an additional centre foot pad with an arch to offer additional grip and guided foot placing during gybing and takeoff.
• This board is equipped with longer, 6 single hole foot strap plugs.
The single hole plugs make moving and adjusting the foot strap position between races quicker. This strap tuning will be essential when swaping foil sizes or fuselages in changing wind conditions.
The longer plugs provide a wider range of adjustment.
This new board is based on the successful design of the HydroFoil 150 – not the 175 as you might expect simply because its purpose is slalom and not course racing.
Consequently, it comes with a rounded outline, in contrast to the squarish look of the 175 from 2019.
Obviously, its shape was adapted to fit the new slalom-foil format and the lower wind limit as well as today’s big and efficient foils. It will not only be the weapon of choice of the PWA racer but it will also be a stunning light wind board for every sporty foil sailor.
• High overall volume of 176 L – especially in the tail – and sharper rails get the riders airborne sooner and easier. They instantly push the board back up on the foil after occasional touchdowns in which they barely slow down.
• Outline and stance are adapted to the higher reaching speeds (now that it is not anymore about pure up and down wind courses). Compared to the 150 this new board is wider in the nose and tail, however, the maximum width is still 91 cm. Accordingly, the tail straps are further outboard. This all helps to control the high foil lift at faster pace on reaches.
The super-fast slalom foil machine !
Performance, power and control for competition!

JP’s unique foil all-rounder ! Apparently the market has been waiting eagerly for this concept as the sales started brilliantly. These very compact shapes have little to no limitations regarding the range of use and suit the whole windsurf foil community because fun is their main target. Everybody will be able to enjoy foiling as easily as possible – in every aspect of this new discipline. Slightly longer that comparable designs on the market, they offer more ease and accessibility. And now, novelties upgrade this line: Specially adapted to wing foiling, the boards now feature an elongated pad and additional footstrap plugs further forward. The brand-new, small model, the 105, suits lighter riders and everybody who wants a more playful and nimble toy. The board to enjoy foil fun – easy!
The strong construction is built to last and can take all the forces.
The plate mount and the Tuttle box fitting cover all needs and rider preferences. Being able to adjust not only the mast track, but the Foil as well, allows the rider to tune this board exactly to their own specific foiling style – and the scale helps you to find the right position of the foil.
The centre foot strap option with the huge adjustment range is an essential key feature and the base for control over both rails. This grants a safe feel and quick progress for the newcomers to foiling as they will stay balanced easily and prevents entry level riders from losing the stability in the air.
For experienced sailors the centred straps mean absolute freedom to get creative: The toy of joy offers everything for the advanced rider who wants to push his limits and take his freestyle know-how into the new world of foiling.
The manoeuvre oriented rider will enjoy flying down the smooth swell faces, or even taking it into the waves for some long effortless flights.
The FreeFoils also come with the common outboard 4 strap setup for regular foiling. They track extremely well up and down wind and allow a fast and efficient flight mode – ideal for all freeriders who want to use powerful foils and to sail fast.
The comfortable deck shape is also very user friendly for the strapless riders out there. It offers the most responsive feel, at the same time being as forgiving as it can get.
Being narrow enough, they allow easy foot movement for gybes as well as transition from rail to rail.
The voluminous rails in combination with a small bevel provide lift on occasional touch-downs for a smooth and a forgiving glide.
The insert options allow to trim the mast base and foil closer together and quite far forward. This opens a total new window for the advanced rider as the board gets more lively and direct for immediate response. So, this option is especially interesting for the freestyle and wave community.
For Wing Foiling, strap-less or with straps, mount the plate of the foil all the way forward in the track boxes.
New: the boards feature an elongated pad to the area where you stand when winging and for those who like it, there are additional wing footstrap plugs.
With sufficient volume and plenty of float, these boards get you up and flying in the lightest breeze.
Once airborne, the reduced swing weights offer a very stable ride without limitations, no matter if you want to blast along, ride waves, be active in the freestyle-foil madness or join the latest trend – wing foiling. Ease, manoeuvrability, and control for everybody !
Ideal for all types of freeride foiling. Whether it be just cruising along, riding strapless, riding with foot straps, wave foiling, wing surfing, teaching people how to foil behind a boat, or even freestyle, this board can do it all, and can do it all REALLY WELL !
Suitable for all conditions and levels.
